Medicals take the format of a comprehensive pre-employment medical questionnaire based on a detailed medical examination. Medicals provide clarity on whether a candidate is medically fit for the work to which they are to be assigned. We also provide a full range of occupational health support for those companies with employees in safety critical roles.
The tests that can be carried out in pre employment medicals include:
We provide insurance medicals for many insurance companies and undertake these medicals jointly with the patient’s own GP present. These medicals follow the same procedure as pre employment medicals.
We provide assessments and reports for ongoing occupational injury cases and for staff on sick leave. Our reports detail the short, medium and long term prognosis of the patient together with an assessment of patient history, an assessment of the patient on presentation and an overall view on prognosis and recovery time, where possible.
We maintain communication with HR Managers as required while at all times being mindful of the principles of medical confidentiality. We aim to assist HR Managers by providing clear opinions on prognosis.
