For candidates applying for a Canadian Immigration Medical
- All applicants should attend medical exam with Section A
(This is usually sent to applicants by the Canadian Immigration office).
- Sponsored applicants should arrive for their immigration medical exam appointment with a completed Appendix C, Appendix C can be downloaded here
- Applicants aged 15 and over have to have a HIV test, please print out and complete the HIV test consent form here
- All applicants 11 years and older need to have a Chest X-Ray.

- The radiologist has to complete Section E (Download here, please print and bring to X-ray)
- Cost of the chest x-ray to be covered by the applicant
Please bring 4 passport photos per applicant
The cost of the Canadian Medical including bloods and courier to London or Paris is:
- €190 - €220 per adult depending on courier destination
- €95 per child

What an Immigration medical exam includes
- Questions regarding functional inquiry (Section B)
- Physical and mental examination (Section C)
- Laboratory investigation (Section D)
- Urine analysis for applicants 5 years and over
- Blood test for syphilis and HIV for applicants 15 years and over
- Serum Creatinine if the applicant has hypertension, a history of treated hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune disorder, persistent proteinuria or kidney disorder.
- Chest X-Ray for applicants 11 years and over (Section E)
